These terms apply to your use of the HylaTeq website at hylateq.co.ke. HylaTeq is a software studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• send spam, malware or misleading enquiries through our forms;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk without our written permission.

Content here is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, and it does not create a contract. Quotes and proposals are always issued separately in writing, and are the only prices and timelines that apply to your project.

Scope, price, timeline, payment terms, ownership and support for each project are set out in a written proposal or contract agreed with you before work starts. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

The HylaTeq name, logo, design and the text and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, adapt or reuse our content without permission. Ownership of work delivered to clients is covered by the relevant project agreement.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, HylaTeq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. If a disagreement arises we would like to resolve it informally first. Failing that, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
